Every item is printed to order or from small stock in Cumbria. We ship to UK addresses

• Dispatch time: Standard Products ship within 3–5 working days. Custom Products ship within the lead time we confirm by email.

• Late delivery: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order (or a later date we agreed), you can cancel for a full refund.

• Lost parcels: tell us if your tracking hasn't moved for 14 working days. We will chase the courier and resend or refund.

• Wrong address: please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we will resend it once you pay the postage again.

• International orders: you pay any customs duty, import VAT or handling fees charged in your country. Delivery times abroad vary.
